Coaching isn’t a profession. It’s a pilgrimage - inward.

In the rush to “get certified,” “land clients,” or “build a personal brand,” we must pause to ask: Have we forgotten what coaching truly is?

Coaching, in its essence, is not a business trend. It is not a buzzword. It is a sacred, spiritual process — rooted in deep presence, inner clarity, and content with silent unfolding.
🌿 Coaching: beyond status, into Dharma
In conversations today, “coaching” often and casually used like a status symbol, a fashionable label for modern growth. But the wise like Swami Sivananda will tell you:
“If you are the saviour, then you would know.”
As coaches, we are not here to fix. We are not here to shine in the spotlight.
We are here to hold sacred space, to ask without imposing, to guide not from authority — but enable from awareness.
✅ We don’t provide answers rather focus on apt questioning
✅ We enable the client to discover their own solutions.
✅ We honour their journey, not impose ours.
This is the Dharma of a Coach.
🪷 For the Coachee: You Are Not Broken
If you’re being coached, know this:The best coaches won’t hand you a blueprint. They’ll hand you a mirror.
“The best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your own arm.”
The process is not about dependence, but remembrance.
In a noisy world that constantly pushes us to seek outward - Coaching nudges you to turn inward. To reconnect with your inner wisdom. To recognise that everything you seek… already resides within.
🔍 So, what makes coaching sacred?
Here’s what sacred coaching truly offers:
✨ Deep presence
✨ Active, soul-level listening
✨ Questions that reconnect the client to their own truth
✨ Trust in the client’s natural unfolding
✨ A mirror that reflects, not manipulates
The goal isn’t to change someone’s life. It’s to help them see it clearly — and remember who they are.
Coaching is a path of awareness. It’s not about adding more to your life. It’s about shedding what’s not you.
The coach does not guide you to the light. The coach guides you from the light — the one already shining within you.
Let’s honour this process.
Let’s respect its roots.Let’s hold it as the spiritual path that it is — with dignity, humility, and deep reverence.
🙏 If you’re a coach:
Anchor yourself in Dharma, not in display.
If you’re being coached:Don’t outsource your power, reclaim it.
