Refund & Cancellation policy
At Shrimath Yoga, we value your commitment and understand that plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team while supporting smooth operations.
1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [Insert Email ID].

Cancellations will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive a response within 24–48 hours, please follow up to confirm.
2. For Online and Offline Classes

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class: You may reschedule to another available session within the same week. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class: No rescheduling or refunds allowed.

No-shows will be treated as cancellations without notice, and the fee is non-refundable.
3. For Workshops, Retreats, and Events

Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: 80% refund of the total fee (20% is retained for processing & reservation costs).

Cancellation between 7–14 days: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Non-attendance: No refund or rescheduling available.

In case Shrimath Yoga cancels a workshop or retreat, a 100% refund will be issued or you may choose to shift your participation to a future event.
4. For One-on-One Sessions / Consultations

Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

If the payment was made through UPI or manual transfer, you may be asked to share your account details securely for refund processing.
6. Force Majeure
Shrimath Yoga is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we will try to offer rescheduling or partial credits wherever possible.
