Every transformation begins long before the first question is asked. It begins with the one who is asking it.

Every meaningful interaction is shaped not only by what we know or how we apply our knowledge, but fundamentally by who we are.

Presence, discernment, self-awareness, and the capacity to engage with another human being arise from our own inner development.

In this sense, the human being is the primary instrument through which conversations, relationships, coaching, and leadership become transformative.

Integrating Coaching Competencies with Indic Wisdom is an immersive development journey that integrates internationally recognised coaching competencies with the timeless insights and practices from Indic Wisdom.

Rooted in the philosophy of Coachness™ - the disciplined cultivation of Presence in relationship under responsibility - the program invites participants to look beyond techniques and frameworks and cultivate the inner qualities from which effectiveness in every role naturally emerges.

The learning journey integrates reflective inquiry, experiential learning, contemplative practices, dialogue, peer coaching, and guided self-observation to deepen Presence, refine discernment, and strengthen the ability to engage with individuals, teams, and organisations with greater clarity, responsibility, and wisdom.

As these qualities mature, coaching competencies are no longer experienced merely as skills to be practised, but as natural expressions of an integrated way of being.

Whether one is a coach, leader, entrepreneur, educator, or a professional committed to enabling human potential, this journey offers an opportunity to evolve not only in ‘what’ one does, but in ‘who’ one becomes.

Every transformation begins with the transformation of the one who seeks to enable it.

Over time, I’ve come to realize that many modern Western frameworks are reflections of knowledge that our learned ancestors in India had discovered centuries ago. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, we lost the art of building on and sharing this immense treasure.... I encourage you to explore this incredible workshop that blends coaching competencies with Indic Wisdom. Having attended it myself, I can say firsthand that both Krishna and April do a fantastic job of unraveling the essence of coaching through the lens of ancient Indian knowledge. This is not just a learning experience; it’s a journey that will deepen your understanding of both modern coaching techniques and timeless Indic principles.  LinkedIn Post : http://surl.li/pxcdau

Last couple of months have been a transformational experience for me, being part of the 8th batch of Coaching competencies with Indic Wisdom conducted by Shrimath. This note is to share my deepest gratitude to Krishna Prakash for walking me through the effective coaching frameworks which I can utilize both at home and work. This course was a complete refresher of all the first principles that I have garnered over the years through my parents and various spiritual teachers and has helped me to work on my personal goals with clarity. Of course, not to forget the coaching competencies from ICF that we dwelled through the past 3 months. Understanding the Core principles of dharma is totally possible only when we start applying them in times of need (decision making/choices). Setting up the goals and the purpose, deep listening, upholding well being, understanding isness/awareness are all critical to have effective conversations, be it with employees, children, parents, friends, spouse, and this needs constant practice and should be part of our DNA. This is the message constantly driven through the curriculum which stuck with me that needs to resonate in every decision and or conversation of ours. My post would not be able to give complete justice to the learnings from Krishna Prakash but I am trying to share a birds eye view of various concepts shared…Importance of Antar Mauna, Bhramari, Nitya anushtana, sadhana, swaadhyaya, satsanga, katha shravana, Vedanta shravana, Pancha kosha Viveka, invoking the right energies of Iccha, jnana and kriya for identifying the goals, right knowledge and actions needed to drive the goals, and many others along with spiritual intelligence. Some of the analogies shared were profound, about giving space, being aware, mindful listening, classifying the thoughts among many others. Our ancient wisdom has given us solution to everything and it is up to us as individuals to tap into the necessary texts for guidance, and this is where finding the right teacher is essential to guide us on our path. I feel extremely blessed to be connected to Shrimath & Krishna Ji and looking forward to continuous engagement with the team.

As an ICF accredited PCC coach & having worked with clients for over 1700 coaching hours, here’s my humble submission, there’s perhaps nothing new to know !! All the wisdom that we need is already within us. We realise, or our memory is kindled about what we know when we read literature or stories that resonates with us. Understanding Coaching competencies thro Indic Wisdom felt like home-coming. The 8 coaching competencies as prescribed by ICF, is a great way to be, not just for implementation during coaching practice. Lending Indic wisdom to decode it further, helped me embrace them authentically and surge forward on the journey to further embody them. Krishna & April are wonderful facilitators, who in fact walked the talk by partnering with us on the journey, instead of merely sharing the knowledge. As a vintage practitioner & teacher of yoga, Krishna introduces us to some good and effective ancient practises that help in the holistic development of the coach. This is a great program to invest in - whether or not one is an ICF coach.
