The objective of this program series on Wellness is to empower the participants using a combination of time tested concepts from Yoga (Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Mudra, Yoga Nidra etc.), a robust diet plan and taking in clinically proven supplements to manage obesity and gradually come out of it.
